It's with great pleasure that I write to you today on behalf of Lauren Traficanto.  In the past four weeks, I have seen upwards of thirty apartments in the Lincoln Park and West Lakeview areas of Chicago and visited with countless letting agents and landlords during this time.  The process has been tortuous and often I felt very much on my own.  Not until I met Lauren, did I feel as if I had someone who really knew both the market place and the business inside and out.  Twice, I worked with Lauren on viewing two separate apartments.  In one instance, she acted as the listing agent; later, as both the listing and letting agent.  It was in this later capacity where I ultimately signed my lease.  In her company, I had the confidence that no detail would go unnoticed. 

Lauren exercised complete patience and exuded professionalism from start to finish.  Perhaps even more importantly, she was always easy to reach and quick to respond.  During my fickle process of saying I wanted the apartment, then reneging, and then deciding I still wanted it, she supported my decision each and every time.  And she was quick so as to not let me lose the apartment to other interested parties.

Finally, in what was perhaps an unusually complex circumstance, Lauren facilitated the lease signing making it a painless process.   With my girlfriend still in London, and myself in Chicago, we were able to sign the lease and run credit checks in a matter of hours.  In fact, when I arrived at the office, all the necessary paperwork was neatly arranged and ready for my review.  Again, I think this speaks to her ability to communicate effectively not only through written and spoken word, but also through technology itself (e.g. phone, SMS text, email, fax, efax, etc.)   It has truly been a delight, and I thank you for having Lauren on staff.
